What is ACM?

  • ACM stands for Aluminum Composite Material.
  • It is also referred to by ACP, Aluminum Composite Panel.
  • It is made by taking a PE core, and laminating thin aluminum sheets to the bottom and top,
  • The aluminum sheets are between .010" and .030" thick.
  • PE stands for Polyethene.
  • It can come with a fire rated core, PE by default is not fire rated.
